買了高階耳機,發燒友總會建議要「煲機」或是「Run in」。這是一種玄學,還是有科學根據的物理現象?
煲機的原理
耳機的發聲單體就像新買的鞋子。新的振膜與懸邊通常比較生硬,物理張力較大。透過長時間、特定頻率的震動,可以讓機械結構進入「順性」較佳的狀態。
效果: 通常會讓低頻更Q彈、高頻的毛刺感減少。對於動圈式 (Dynamic) 耳機效果最明顯,動鐵 (BA) 則差異較小。
為什麼要用粉紅噪音 (Pink Noise)?
許多人直接用音樂煲機,這沒問題但效率較低。專業煲機通常使用噪音:
- 白噪音 (White Noise): 聽起來像「沙沙」聲,所有頻率能量相同。
- 粉紅噪音 (Pink Noise): 聽起來像下雨聲。它的能量分布更接近人耳聽覺特性,能在保護高音單體的前提下,均勻地運動到每一個頻段。

The Principle of Burn-in
Headphone drivers are like new shoes. The new diaphragm and surround are usually stiff with high physical tension. Through prolonged vibration at specific frequencies, the mechanical structure enters a state of better "compliance."
Effect: Bass usually becomes punchier, and treble harshness decreases. The effect is most noticeable on Dynamic drivers, less so on Balanced Armature (BA) drivers.
Why use Pink Noise?
Many people burn in with music, which is fine but slow. Professional burn-in uses noise:
- White Noise: Sounds like "static." Equal energy per frequency.
- Pink Noise: Sounds like heavy rain. Its energy distribution matches human hearing, exercising every frequency band evenly while protecting tweeters.
